How prepare right/eight days

Luggage

Be sure to get the most important things into your handluggage. Everything you need within the next three days, if the luggage gets lost.

How much do you want to pack, what is necessary, what is nice and what would be luxury.
Get information about how much luggage is allowed to take on flight.
Consider the country's circumstances: What is easy to get, what is about the health system, what medicine would be useful to take with you, any special things concerning the county like deseases or cultural identies.

Clothes

Be sure to travel with enough and the right clothes. Again: Get informed about the country you will travel. Clean and tidy clothes make many things easy. Especially if you travel to islamic countries the right clothing is important.

 Seats

Reserve a good seat in time! Especially if you are a large person (like I am).

Time

More is worth more! Be sure to plan with slack time to avoid delays and considerable inconvenience.

Important documents:

Make sure to have all important documets like your passport, health insurance card, visa card, immunization card and driving licence with you. You also should make a copy of all and hand them to a person of trust. It is also useful to save a copy online to have access if your wallet gets lost or stolen.

Fighting panic and taking risks

Taipei night view secrets Visiting Elephant mountain at night is not that special. You get a really sunning view on Taipei at night. And a lot of tourism. In fact it is special but not really nice to go there. To avoid tourism I planned a thrilling small hike using the unlighted paths and experience the vibrant jungle at night. Yes, that’s quite frightening but at some point I got curious. While taking pictures of Taipei at the top of Elephant mountain I saw a sign to Muzhi Mountain. Half an hour, 1.5 kilometers, dark unlit path until another peak. Go for it. Heading upwards to the platform my feelings were thrilling. The darkness got more as closer I got to Mountain Muzhi. The path got smaller and the jungle got louder. I want to give you an impression of my journey: It is dark. You are alone. Separated from others. Nothing to hear, except the whirring insects. Wind blows slightly through the huge bamboo. Somewhere a creaking noise. Suddenly a loud rustling right next to me....

Arrived

(Wrote that on flight) Only two hours to go...  I am feeling a bit inconveniant due to a cold, but for the rest fine. I am very confident with the sirvice of the airlines and the kindness of the personal. First you have to know that this was my first flight. So I had no clear image of what to do in which prder at the airport. In Düsseldorf I just went to the information desk. Due to my online check they sent me directly to the drop off. The lady at the drop off station was very kind and checked me in for my second flight from Vienna to Taipei. In Vienna I just walked to the other gate and directly into the plane. Now on the second flight I asked if I can get an emergency seat. I had luck and got a place for humans with long legs in economy class. The meals are of good quality concerning the circumstances. The flight personal is very kind and polite (I know it's their Job to do so) let me give you am example: I asked if they have a power outlet with USB-port to charge my mo...
